Okay, I've booked my stay in a MK View Room at the Contemporary for December. And I've also purchased the Disney Dining Plan. Now I'm in the process of planning my Restaurants so that when the time comes for me to make my Reservations, I'll be ready! So this is where you, the experts come in. I've already chosen a few that I definitely will eat at, but I still have a few that I'm torn between. So here goes:

1) Pick 2 Signature Restaurants (I'll be paying out of my pocket because my family is big on Table Service, and I'll need all of my Table Service.)

California Grill, Citricos, Narcoossee's, Jiko and Hollywood Brown Derby.

2) Which Steakhouse?

Concourse or LeCellier

3) Pick 2 Restaurants from Epcot

Coral Reef, Chefs De France, Garden Grill, Restaurant Marrakesh or
San Angel Inn

4) Which Polynesian Restaurant?

Kona Cafe or 'Ohana

5) Which Animal Kingdom Lodge Restaurant?

Boma or Jiko (This may change my mind about Jiko for #1)

*** Now for the Grand Question, Pick your Top 3 Restaurants of all the ones I've listed!

Thanks in Advace for all your help! And sorry I've listed so many questions, it's just I really value opinions!!

OK

1) Pick 2 Signature Restaurants ;Citricos, Hollywood Brown Derby.

2) Which Steakhouse?(this one is easy) LeCellier

3) Pick 2 Restaurants from Epcot (even easier)Chefs De France, San Angel Inn

4) Which Polynesian Restaurant? 'Ohana

5) Which Animal Kingdom Lodge Restaurant?Boma (this may be my favorite place to eat in WDW)

*** Now for the Grand Question, Pick your Top 3 Restaurants of all the ones I've listed!

Boma, San Angel Inn, Le Cellier ('ohana is a close 4th)

And don't apologize. These are fun for me

Congrats on the CR with MK view reservation! You will love it!
Before you make restaurant ADRs, have you plotted out which parks you'll be on which days? I like to use TourGuideMike or the Unofficial Guide to help me plan the best park for least crowds--then I plug in my restaurants depending on where I'll be.
But here are my picks:
1. California Grill and Jiko (just 'cause I've never been to either!)
2. LeCellier (though we just had an excellent meal at Concourse in Jan.)
3. Chefs de France and Garden Grill
4. Kona for Tonga Toast!!!!
5. Boma--you gotta try Boma. One of the best in WDW.
6. Top 3: Boma, Hollywood Brown Derby, Kona
Happy planning! :)

1) Pick 2 Signature Restaurants...

California Grill & Narcoossee's

2) Which Steakhouse?

LeCellier

3) Pick 2 Restaurants from Epcot

Coral Reef & Restaurant Marrakesh

4) Which Polynesian Restaurant?

Kona Cafe or 'Ohana... (big toss up....both are FAB, but I'd say 'Ohana for this one to mix it up a bit! Just for the different dining atmosphere and experience since it seems all the meals are sit down, order app, entree, and dessert. Let's change it up!)

5) Which Animal Kingdom Lodge Restaurant?

Boma (a must!)

*** Now for the Grand Question, Pick your Top 3 Restaurants of all the ones I've listed!

Le Cellier- best sit down
Boma- best buffet
'Ohana- best "family style" dining and atmosphere.

To DisneyDotty:

I've been to Disney about 11 times during my 26 Years here on earth, and it's my first time staying on-site!!! (I have the fortune and misfortune of parents who own a timeshare) I am very EXCITED, and hope you're right about my enjoyment of the Contemporary MK View Room. It's always been a dream of mine to stay at the Contempo ever since I was a kid. And in about 10 months, that dream is gonna finally come true.

And to answer your question, No I haven't yet planned what days I'm gonna do what parks, that's my next step. When I plan my trips to Disney, I always pick where I want to eat first! I don't know why, I just love Restaurants, and Dining is very important to me on Vacation. I do make sure that I pick atleast 1 Restaurant from every theme park that I wouldn't mind eating at. But for me and my family, it's nothing for us to leave a theme park for a few hours to go and eat where we really want to; last trip we ate most of our meals at Epcot.

Any more responses? Lets keep em comin!!!

I Love Disney!!!

Hi again OP!:wave2: The Contemporary is indeed a most magical place! Although my goal is to try every moderate and deluxe resort at WDW, I'll always go back to the CR!
And I love your vacation philosophy regarding restaurants! I agree that the dining very much completes the WDW experience!
Have fun planning! :)
