if you could only pick one for dinner, which resturant would it be and why

I have ressies for chefs de france, and I am thinking of changing

ideas please

I would choose Alfredo's. It's one of our all time fave restaurants and it is closing soon. I hear good things about Nine Dragons in China, and the place in Morrocco. Our family isn't big on French cuisine, but Chefs is probably quite nice.:earsboy:

For our family, hands-down it would be Ohanas:love: However, we had a wonderfully knowledgable bus driver this summer one late night back from DTD who had retired about 10 years ago from the north and was happily driving buses for Disney. Based on his years of eating out in Florida, his top recommendations were: Narcoossee's, Artist Pointe in the Fort Wilderness resort, and the Brown Derby in MGM. After looking over the menus, we're going to try the Brown Derby next summer. We've walked past it for a decade; time to stop in!:wizard:

That is a tough question for me to answer. I think if I had to choose it would be either Le Cellier or Nine Dragons. :)

In Epcot, I like Le Cellier, but I'm nostalgic for it. Plus, it is where I tend to get my beef fix at Disney. I am never disappointed.

On Disney Property, my favorite is Narcoossee's. Top-notch dining, very relaxed, good view of MK fireworks.

My not to be missed are Bomas and California Grill! But I also really love the Brown Derby....

Inside Epcot, I like Restuarant Marrakesh, San Angel Inn or Garden Grill.

Outside Epcot, I like Boma, 1900 Park Fare or the Crystal Palace...or Hoop-Dee-Doo, if you want to take in a show.

I'd stay with Chefs. It's our fav Epcot restaurant, & we've eaten at most of them. Actually, it's our favorite "non-Signature" restaurant.

Our favorite is Jiko, but I honestly wouldn't change from Chefs de France. We've never really had a bad meal there. I think you'll like it.

I would say California Grill. The sushi was incredible, my fish dish was out of this world, dessert...yum. The merlot I had was incredible. My husband loved his entire meal. AND our DD who is the world's pickest eater is still talking about the chicken she had there. She can't wait to go back next year just to have the chicken. Oh and the atmosphere and the fireworks! INCREDIBLE! They have us sold on this establishment for years to come.

I think you will be very happy with Chefs de France. I have always liked that restaurant. There is no need to alter your ADR.

Our lunch at CDF was very good, except for our waiter he wasn't a very pleasant fellow, but that could happen anywhere. The other waiters seemed very nice, a waiter at the table near us was doing American history trivia with his table as it was the fourth of July. I personally wouldn't change the reservation.

I would have to pick California Grill & Jiko. They are our two favorite places to eat at WDW. It would be hard to pick which one to choose. We always eat at both of them on every trip. :)

I noticed many people are recommending Signature restaurants. If you're looking for 1 TS, I still vote for Chefs. If you're also considering Signature restaurants, my vote is Artist Point, either that or write down the names of all the Signature restaurants on a piece of paper, put them in a hat, & draw one. :p
