I know!!! They're actually moving it up two days, to July 15 instead of the 17th.

I'm living vicariously through everyone else. My mom isn't letting me out of the house except to the pharmacy and doctor 'cause she's afraid I'll catch the flu.

Not really doing much. The weather isn't supposed to be great. I'm going to see Wolverine though, I think. Hugh Jackman.

I was talking to my fireman that lives in Jersey. He was so excited earlier in the week 'cause it was nice and hot. He's a little disappointed now that the weather's so crappy....

I treid to do the Spiderman series and just couldn't get into that. I used to watch X-men as a kid though, so I may have to go... they always have hot guys in those movies...

I really want to see the new Pixar movie that's coming out soon.

It was gorgeous out last weekend and the beginning of this week. And now, blah. I don't know what's going on with this weather.

He said it was almost shore weather. We've been doing the same thing here. Nice, then gross, nice then gross. It's driving me nuts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The 3rd one was awful. I saw it on the train.

I couldn't figure out the name of the Pixar movie from the trailer. The one they're showing out here isn't very clear. It's looks really cute. I want to try and see it in 3D.

Hey Ladies!!!

Sorry I've been MIA. I took my kids on a field trip to Jacksonville, FL yesterday (I think I might be crazy...) and was busy with that all weekend. I need to catch up on some much needed sleep so I will be on tomorrro-- can't wait to read what I missed!!

So, my endocrinologist appointment... I was waiting to post until I had today's numbers in hand.

It's not looking good.

We don't have conclusive proof yet, more testing will have to be done, but from some of the numbers that we have already, the likelihood of needing some other type of treatment is fairly high right now. My morning cortisol numbers are coming in much higher than they would like to see. I'm waiting on one more set of results that will be back in about a week. The test I'm waiting for is one that shows how much of the hormone that tells my adrenal glands to make cortisol is being produced by the pituitary. I'm anxious to see that number because it's very important.

I get my next MRI done on May 11th. That will provide clues as to whether or not another pituitary surgery might or might not be successful in the event it's needed.

So, onward we go. There's got to be a lesson in this somewhere. I don't know what it is yet, but we'll figure it out.

Oh Honu.. I am so sorry. We can only hope that the MRI will show that you don't need another surgery. We will figure out what the lesson is- if anything, it's making you a stronger person. I am so proud that you are still optimistic.

My thoughts will be with you and I'll send some pixiedust your way!!!

I am so happy to be home from my trip to Jacksonville. Wow, remind me to never take my kids on a 2+ hour field trip, on a bus, ever again. Please.

It was fun but I think I took like 20 Advil for my headache.

Today Jackson and I are just hanging out at the house. I plan on doing absolutely no work and just relaxing.

Hi girls! How was your weekend? Mine was ok. It rained all weekend and is continuing today and through most of the week. I don't get this weather. I'm going to a Yankee game Wednesday night and that's the only day it's not supposed to rain this week so I lucked out!

I went shopping at Ann Taylor Loft on Saturday. It was my sister's last weekend managing there so I had to abuse her discount one last time. Picked up a lot of cute stuff.

Also went to see Wolverine Saturday night. It was decent, not as good as the other X-Men movies. I was disappointed Ryan Reynolds wasn't in it more. He was in it for all of 5, maybe 10 minutes.

Sunday Joe and I went out to eat at Chili's. Yummy.

Happy Tuesday! It's coming to the end of the year for us here in school and I am swamped with grading and trying to wrap things up. I hope we can all chat soon. In the meantime, I hope everything is great!!

DFiance wanted to go see that yesterday and I'm kinda happy we didn't go, now hearing your review..Ryan Reynolds is pretty hot but that guy that plays Gambit is hot too!! Plus, Wolverine is attractive as well, minus the sidechops..

Seriously, there was an inning left. And the rain wasn't even that bad!! We left during that because it takes awhile to get back home with the subway and train and I had to be at work today. I don't know about you but I am ready for this weekend to get here!! We are going to visit my parents this weekend which should be fun. My dad wants to take us to the shooting range (he's been begging to take us since he got a gun-him and his friends have seemed to develop a new pastime- target shooting) and god knows that should be interesting!! Me? Shooting a gun? Anyways, other than that, I doubt we'll do much this weekend. School will be done in 1 week and I can't be more excited.
