Physical Tickets and Fast Pass +

If I buy physical tickets online from someone like Undercover Tourist, and the tickets don't arrive for a couple weeks, can I still add the numbers to my account and book fast pass while I'm waiting for them to arrive (assuming the 60 day window)?

As long as you have the actual disney-issued ticket numbers, you do not need physical tickets to link them in MDE.

Does UT give the numbers to you if you do the mail option? I thought you had to do the e-ticket/email option to get the numbers. I could be wrong though. I just bought tickets from UT through the e-ticket option. Linked just fine. They are not refundable though, but neither are physical tickets once they are linked.
