Phrase Needed for Teacher Appreciation Poster - Help Please

I am making a poster for a 2nd grade teacher for teacher appreciation day that has balloon cutouts with each student writing their name on them. What I am needing is some cute phrase to put on the poster that has to do with "balloons" or "up" or "bursting" and academics.

The only thing I can come up with is "The sky's the limit with Mrs. S as our teacher".

Also, I need to do something for a special ed resource teacher who teaches grades K-3 students. I want to do something with stars. Any phrases or ideas for a poster for that one.

I know there are so many creative people on this board so I you could send a few ideas my way. Last year the phrase I used was from this board.
