Well, there is a price difference. I'm sure 5 has some features 4 doesn't. I don't have either so really couldn't tell you what, but that's normally how it goes. I'm sure if you go to Adobe's website you can find a list of features for each and see what your needs are and even download trials of them, or at least of 5.
