Oh, gosh darn, you travel all over Europe, but you can't make it a couple hundred miles from Miami to Orlando for a drink in Great Britian??? Girlfriend, say it ain't sooooooo!

If either of us had a driver's license (which is a total Montreal affliction: lotsa non-drivers in the city) we would totally do it!

We took one of those 'day' trips to WDW from Miami while on vacation two years ago. One too many nights of fabulous Cristal drinking with P. Diddy in South Beach (um. ok. no, more like watching VH1 in the hotel room) left us itchin' for Orlando. We took an 'organized' bus trip.

After making a trillion stops, we were dropped off at MK for four hours (while we were sold a full day in the park). I could have killed them.

I'll look into Amtrak and a few other options before abandonning my mateys!

There are some very cheap flights, especially with advance purchase.

We'll either be there together the week of 20 to 26 together, or I'll be there all by my lonesome from August 26-September 2.

Wow! What a crew we are going to be!! I can't believe it.. I have to go to Disney to meet my neighbor!! LOL!! I can't wait!!

I just got back the other day from running...well... okay.. walking/running the Minnie marathon... so exciting! I posted a partial trip report on the WISH boards.... When I finish the whole thing, I'll bring it over here!

I realize I'm way behind everyone else who's already responded, but I just noticed this thread and got all excited when I saw the dates were for the week that we'll be down at Disney World! It seems like NO ONE else on the DISboards will be there that week.... and then I saw that all of you would be! I'd love to meet up with people, except I'll have my 11 year old brother and 8 year old sister along with me this trip. [Yes, I'm an awesome big sis for taking them to Disney! HA! ] So, if you guys have room and are willing to let some kids join in... I'd love to meet up with everyone! AND if you all don't care that I'm pretty young myself. I'll be nearly 19 at the time.

Well, our server will be 19, so you and he will be the same age. We do have a specific issue against kids, unless they are over 18, really cute and want to date me. Seriously though, I will add all three of you.

Thanks! No, it won't be their first time to Disney World, but the last time we went as a family was back in January of 2002... so, my sister was only 3 at the time. So, it'll be a whole different trip for her this go around
