Thanks for the photos! The rooms remind me almost exactly as the standards at the Boardwalk Inn! I loved that place. Although, I hear the beds at HRH are to die for

That was great. But I think the fridge was stocked full when he arrived, i'm not sure. Also where's the boat dock at?

1.) I had no big chair.

2.) The fridge was stocked full of stuff when I checked in.

3.) The toliet seat was up since I was the only one in the room. I hope housekeeping didn't try to use the toliet!

Oh Barry, you didn't have a big overstuffed chair with ottoman between the bed and window by the floor lamp? It was one of the best things in our room. Didn't I send you pictures of Ohai sitting there eating emu? How weird, was anyone else missing the chair and ottoman?

I will be there THIS FRIDAY for two nights!!! I didn't think I could get more excited, but I guess I was wrong!

I have to admit, I did see these pictures BEFORE going to the Hard Rock and I just couldn't relate...

Now that I've been there I have to say they do NOTHING for that gorgeous room...

I guess you just have to be there...

I didn't have that view from my room, Barry, I had the boat doak view. It was breathtaking!

I'm so excited about staying there now, I can hardly sit still, and I've got to wait another 115 Days 10 Hrs 43 Mins 50 Secs
The room looks gorgeous. I think I read somewhere that you can ask to have the minibar emptied. Do you know if that's true or not, and if so, would you be able to use it for your own stuff? I have a feeling they wouldn't be too keen on that idea, but if you don't ask.....

I believe they charge you about $25 or more just to empty your mini-bar!!
but I think you can arrange to do it yourself as long as you tell them first. Then, yes, you can put your own stuff in it.
I'm sure someone else will be along in a minute with more info on this.......

These pictures are great! I especially like your pool and waterway pics. You really have me questioning my choice of the Portofino. I don't suppose you have any pictures of the PBH that you can post?
