Photopass???

Ugh....... I am sooo upset. We just got back last night. We were so very excited to look at all of our pictures from the photo pass. We took some by the Christmas tree, a few different ones, with and with out Georgia.

So I load the photo pass, and all of our pictures EXCEPT those are on there!!!! I am soooooooooooooooo upset, mad, pissy... I just told my hubby that we HAVE TO go back. I only had two pictures on our must haves , one in front of the Castle all pretty at night, and in front of the tree at night. We were unable to get Georgia to take the picture in front of the Castle at night. BUT we got the Tree and they dont even show up on the photo pass! I know I know they are just pictures, but I really wanted to have them.

Does anyone have this issue, that some of the pictures you take dont show up? Is there anyway to find them ( I know its a long shot) but I Mean is there?

It might take 24 hours for the lastest pictures to be added. Check your photopass online again. If not, you can call them and describe the picture and the date and time and they might be able to find it for you and add it to your photopass. Sorry, I don't have the number, it might be on the photopass website.

Thanks! I just did that acually. haha I should have looked first. But at least I got my vent out, right?? haha I Hope they can find them.

Yeah that happens to us in June when we went. We had so many pictures taken of us and the ones that we remembered that we were looking so forward to seeing didnt end up being put on our card. So we ended up having to go back to those places to retake them. Best to check periodically throughout your trip to see which ones were added. Hopefully next time All of them

Its a bummer, if we lived closer I would just go back down and retake them. But we are a good 8 hrs away! Heck i would do the drive again!

I checked our photos online every night to make sure they were there. A few of the photopass CM's seemed to be new and not totally sure what they were doing.

They lost our castle pics, but I filled out the online form and sent a pic of us in and after about a week, they magically showed up in my account. They never sent me an email to tell me they found them though, so keep checking back. Good luck!

DIsneyland has a weird Photopass system. Personally, its a really dumb one... hope they would fix it and hope you get your pictures...
