Photopass + voucher - What does this look like?

Ok so, I received my PP+ and have just opened it up. I was expecting to receive a "voucher" in the case for me to exchange for the card in resort, but there is nothing in it.

I have the voucher for the CD and the Gallery CD but nothing to indicate it should be exchanged for the actual pass. Am I being a little bit dim or is something missing?

There should be a half sheet of paper taped to the outside of the CD case. That's the voucher you take with you.

Eek! Sounds like you're missing the voucher! I'd call in and see what they can do. Seems like the tape person may have called off sick one day.

Sent them an email, they said up to 5 days to respond. We leave in 7!!!

My voucher was missing, but I didn't realise until I arrived in Florida! I had assumed it was the packing notice as it had a barcode on it.

I took it to DHS to exchange it and they had to call photo pass and explain. It took ages but they sorted it for me! Good luck.

I am not massively concerned, as I am sure we are not the only people its happened too. But its just something I can do without.

There is always something that doesn't quite go to plan. I had deliberately not opened the case as I had reservations over the pp+ vs Magic maker thing. But I decided PP+ was the better deal and bit the bullet, I had assumed that it was inside up until that point. ( I also kept the packing slip)

Just spoke to them, they have left a note on my email address to confirm so I can just go and collect it as normal.
