I just went to the PhotoPass site to start working on our pictures and got a page that said it was temporarily unavailable. Anyone been on the site recently?
I had the same problem last night. This morning it was all messed up on my site (images missing, etc...), I cleared all cookies, refreshed, and it worked well now.
The website was down for me a few weeks ago, too - and it lasted for a couple of days. I don't know what they're doing, but I guess they must be tweaking something.
Glad to see that they must be fixing something. When I went to download photos from 2 Photopass cards taken last week, only one card was showing any photos. The other was showing as "invalid". YIKES!! I shot them an email and have yet to hear back from them, but when I signed in today to check, all the photos from both cards are in my account. Whew!
Still not able to add any borders though, but I'm guessing that will be resolved soon. Just thankful that my photos are there now!
When I was working on my vacation photos in November it would often kick me out and become unavailable several times a day. The site is down pretty regularly.
That happened to me last year for one of the three days I was assigned editing in my share group. Luckily, it was the first day, so I just had to work harder on the other two once the site came up (and worked feverishly, knowing it could go down again at any time). I was hoping they would have the problem fixed by now...
