Photopass share questions

I know that I saw it on here somewhere, but I can't find it now. I need to know everything that there is to know about a Photopass share. There are four familys going to Disney within two weeks of each other and we would like to do a share. Can someone give me the instructions please?

It's pretty simple.

The most important thing is to make sure that all of the photopass cards are entered into one (and only one) account.

Each family will have 30 days from the date of the first picture taken to enter their cards into the account, so you will want to take everyone's travel dates into consideration.

OK, so I will be the account holder. I am going to pre order it. Do they send the disk then, or when I get back? Will someone explain the steps to me, I am totally new at this.


My sister will be going the week before us, then the rest of us go the following week.

Another question, if I preorder it, will my 30 days start then? I think I am making this harder than it is.

When you preorder the CD, they will send you a code that you will enter when you actually order the CD. You will have 60 days to use the code.

You will want to preorder a week or two before your trip.

Tell your sister to wait until everyone is back to enter her photopass numbers.

When you get back, enter everyone's card numbers into one account. You will then have 30 days to edit your pictures. Give everyone the login info so that they can edit their own pics.

After everyone is finished editing their pictures, you will order the CD. When you get to the Checkout, there will be a box to enter the code.

Where does it say that you only have 60 days to use the code? I must have missed it. I just preordered today but don't go for a little over 3 months! Does this mean I'm out that money?

It doesn't state that, but it's what people have found.

If it expires, just write to them and they will be able to extend it.

From what I understand, Disboards does not allow money to be exchanged, but have no problem with photoshares between members. Doesn't stop members from talking about exchanging money if it is not on these boards. If you know what I mean.....

I can't help but wonder, though, if the photopass people will get sick of reinstating the codes and stop doing it altogether.

Thank you so much for this code. What an excellent surprise to get a discount on top of an already discounted price! For a grand total of $127.46 I got the Photo CD + Book. Can't wait to see how many pictures we accumulate over 3 weeks at the parks!

I prepurchased mine back in Jan. and took my trip this month. I wrote photopass back a few months ago when I heard they expire. I didn't save the email but was told they don't expire! Hope that helps.

I just bought my share on Monday. Wish i would have had the 15% code. I wonder if they can cancel my order or apply the discount?
