PhotoPass - removing the background?

Does anyone know if there's a way to request Disney remove a digitally added background from your photo pass photos? We took photos at the studio at Disney Springs, and really love one of them but the background they applied (without showing it to us) is very busy and clashes with the colors of our clothes. We stood in front of a blank wall, so I'm assuming it's just a filter of some sort. Any ideas if Disney will swap the filter for something less busy or if they can just give us the blank wall photo? We used Memory Maker.

Not familiar with this photo option, but I would just give them a call and ask.
