PhotoPass Question

Hi everyone, I wasn't sure where to post this, but here goes.

I have read on the boards that you only have a certain amount of time that photopass pictures are available, but i dont' see anything in my account warning me of this.

We pre ordered the CD and photobook if that makes a difference. I am almost done editing pics and finishing up the photobook, but I'm terrified that I'm going to log in one day and all of it be gone. Our trip was from January 21 to 28.

I received a warning e-mail from Disney Photopass 10 days in advance of the photos' expiration date and then again at 5 days in advance of the expiration date. I just checked those e-mails and it says: "Expiration dates vary based on when photos were added to your account. Each photo's expiration date is displayed when you click to view the photo. If you have created projects or have items in your shopping cart, they will expire when any photos in them expire." The warning e-mails I received were based on the earliest expiration date of my photos.

Hope this helps!

The deadlines are on the back of your PhotoPass card. Not sure if they're on the site, but I imagine they're in fine print somewhere. ;) You have 30 days from the day a picture is taken to claim it (enter the codes), then you have another 30 days from the day you enter the codes to place your product order. Time extensions can be purchased from PhotoPass.

You can also just click on a picture to edit and at the bottom of it it will tell you when the picture expires assuming you entered them all in the same day.
