Photopass question

I am in tears right now. I just got online to order my photopass CD from a recent trip and it has expired. I missed it by a couple of days. I am seriously crying and don't know what to do. I called photopass and left them a message concerning my situation.

Has anyone had this happen before and they were able to get back their pictures. I just missed the date by a couple of days.

I am praying that some techie can pull them out of the computer system somewhere.

Please respond if this has happened to you. I can't believe I let this happen.

Yes, this has happened to many others and most of the time you can get Disney to put them back for you for a little longer. Call again tomorrow and hopefully you can get someone on the phone to talk to and explain the problem. Disney rarely passes up a chance to take your money!

I am not promising anything, but I don't think I have ever read of anyone not getting them back when it was just a few days lapse.

Keep us updated after you talk to them.

Oh my goodness, thank you so much for the reply. That makes me feel better already. Now maybe I won't be up all night worrying. I had that same thought that Disney rarely passes up a chance to take our money! I knew there must be a way!

If you cant reach them by phone, send them an email from your photopass account. They may charge you the extension fee, but you should be able to get them back! I have emailed them in the past and they usually have everything fixed in less than 24 hours!

Praise the Lord! They called this morning and told me they recovered my pictures and they will be available another 48 hours (not extra cost). I already ordered my CD. I wasn't going to take any chances this time! Thanks for the replies!
