Photopass Problem with Edits?

I am trying to do edits on my photopass pictures and it is allowing me to do zoom and crop and black and white but when I click on add boarders nothing comes up. Am I doing something wrong...I have been trying for a week and can't figure it out.

FYI

Apparently I had to clear my cookies, who would have know...I had to do this a few times during my edits...oh well at least it is done now.
