Well that was a pleasant surprise!
Have just ordered my Archive Disc to be sent and was fully expecting to pay the $15 or so shipping again (had already paid to have voucher shipped) but it was free international shipping.
Looks like they listened to the complaints.

PP+ has been discontinued and replaced by MemoryMaker which is Download only, so no more shipping fees and no more CD. Some guests still have PP+ vouchers and get free shipping, but that will soon be history.

I was pleasantly surprised too. The lady at Photo kiosk said it was free when we were there and I asked and I said to my husband "well, she's wrong there, we poor international buyers have to pay twice, rant rant!" Got home, ordered and she was right. Like you OP it made my day! Thanks Disney- now bring it back please- I loved the meal photos in hard copy!
