Photopass Plus-not user friendly

Hello,
I am trying to get my photos downloaded from my Photopass Plus card. I have everything in my cart and now I am supposed to pay for it again? I prepurchased them.

Yes, I have looked at the super thread, but that is too long to go through all the pages.

When you buy Photopass Plus you get a voucher with a redemption code. You need to enter that at checkout to "pay".

We got the CD, but I assume there's an option to download instead.

Download option is there, but only if you have below 700 photos.

Make sure you have not added each of the photos or downloads to your cart. You just add the CD to your cart - and ensure you enter your code. That will then make it free, and allow you to choose the CD or download option.
