Hi,
During our June trip, we did not purchase Memory Maker, but we did have some pics with the Photopass photographers and some pics from our meals, specifically the Jedi Mickey dinner at H&V.

1. How many days do the pics stay in your account?
2. Don't they send reminder emails anymore when your time is almost up?
3. I thought the pics with Jedi Mickey were included with your dinner at H&V? Is this not correct?

Our Jedi Mickey dinner was on June 12th and I looked at the pics directly after we got home, and then promptly forgot about them. In the past I've always gotten emails reminding me that the pics are almost expired, but this year nothing. I know that the time has probably expired and I'm probably SOL with these pics, but I am almost positive that last year the Jedi Mickey picture was part of the dinner. Since they are pics I'm entitled to, I'm confused as to why they are not still in my account even if the others expired.

Our photos stayed in our account for 45 days this year. Last year I thought it was 30. We got reminder emails but we also had MM so I'm not sure if it makes a difference. I am not sure about Jedi Mickey but I do know that the photos that used to come with CRT and Akershus have been discontinued. You now have to purchase them yourself. Maybe H&V is the same?

Photopass is the service. Memory Maker is a product that Photopass offers.

Thanks, I knew it was 30 or 45 days, either way, mine are expired.

I'm still puzzled that I did not receive reminder emails. Normally they send them when you have a few days last with some special "deal" to purchase photos.

I saw one person complaining about all the "spam" they were getting from Disney when the pictures that were automatically linked to their account were expiring. He was upset because he didn't want the pictures but Disney kept emailing about them. I figure there's probably some setting in your communication preferences that controls if you receive those emails. Because you can't please everyone.
