Hey everyone--we are on our way to the world in just a few days and was wondering how easy it will be to find a photographer so we get a good variety of pictures for our CD--I know there are less photographers around if the crowds are low, so I am looking for input from someone whose been there during low crowds.

Thanks--Diane

We were at WDW the first week of Oct. It was less crowded than Aug when we usually go and we had no problem finding a PP person. They were at all the entrances of the parks and the main places like the castle. One thing we did was they took our picture then we had them take one with our camera. A lot of mine turned out better than theirs. I did buy just a few from Disney but used most of mine.

Have a great trip. We have to wait until July:sad2:

My husband and I were in Disney World in October, and we had problems finding a photographer. One day we had a third party with us so that enabled us to get two by two pictures at least. I think I did see a couple of Disney photographers by the large fountain by the entrance to EPCOT though.

Whether their pictures will look better than yours depends largely upon what kind of camera you have. While I was photographing fans at the Giants games last summer, people would tell me that I was a really good photographer and sometimes even ask me why my pictures looked so much better than those taken of them with their camera. Well, I was using a Canon. They were using a little Instamatic. I think that has plenty to do with it, and I am not a very experienced photographer. I was taking basic point and shoot digital pictures.

we were just there in dead Jan. and found them all over plus they were willing to do extras... like a picture of my son holding all the balloons on main street.

We were just there last week and had no problem finding Photopass Photographers. Look on Main St. in Magic Kingdom, on the bridge to Discovery Island in Animal Kingdom and at many character meetings. Remember to ask for special pictures like Tinkerbell in MK and baby Simba in AK.

During my October '07 trip I noticed many more PP than during my May '07 and Oct '06 trips. We even saw them setup in some, maybe all, of the countries in EPCOT in the evening.
