Photopass photographers removed from BBB?

Has anyone else heard this? This May would be DD first time at BBB, that would be a disappointment to me. I have seen so many great shots of other children. Luckily my stepfather has a great camera. Perhaps this is just a rumor?

Who would be the best person to contact to voice my unhappiness with this? I feel like the generic email will not get me anywhere?

While I know people who don't have little girls don't care about this very much I have to say I am disappointed. I am not a very good photographer, the photos I have seen of my friends and familys girls transformation over the years have been priceless. I am also disappointed that as I call wdw today they are still saying that the photopass photgs will still be there, is this true or more poor communication from Disney. Will I still go to wdw , yes....and I will still prob do BBB for our daughter, but I am very upset they are taking this lovely part of the experience away.

Hi all. I just recieved a call from wdw in regards to my email to mr. Kalegredious (sp) I was told that the photographers were being put back!!! I was told that they want us to be able to capture such a special moment!!

Awesome, wonderful effort! Glad to see you not only just complained, you did something about it. And glad to see your efforts worked for you!

I was of course happy that they photographers were put back, but I also was happy to receive a personal response, not just they canned usual email response. My letter was very calm and polite, as were most of the letter that I read from other dissers. Now if he could explain to me about all the excessive water on the POTC boats.... perhaps I should quit while I am ahead lol. Thanks everyone for letting me vent here about this. Happy Halloween!

I've always found letters that are well grounded in facts, calm, polite, "professional" if you will - go a lot farther, and garner a more pleasant response on the other end. I think I write 'business type" letters pretty well, and have had quite a few friends and colleagues ask me to assist with some letters they have needed. So that's the way to go, especially to lead off with!

I agree, this was pretty simple for me to explain, so my letter was short and to the point.
