Photopass only inside parks?

I was wondering if there are any photopass opportunities outside the actual parks? ie DTD or the hotels. Thanks.

We had a Photopass pic at the GCH at Christmas time - but not sure if it was only for Xmas. I don't recall seeing any anywhere else though - doesn't mean they don't exist though - someone else might know better.

When we were there last all I saw was the PPP's that were in the parks. Never saw 1 at the hotel or DTD.

Yes yes, with Santa. I saw the PP photog with Santa at GCH last xmas too.

Other than that (and maybe PPH and DLH when Santa makes his rounds there...though there was no photog with Santa at PPH last year when DS saw him), just in the parks.
