photopass not working!

I tried to go look at our photos (taken the week of 8/13-8/17 before our cruise- at DL) and it says this:
The Disney's PhotoPass ID you entered is invalid. Please verify the PhotoPass ID and resubmit.

It says can be claimed within 30 days of being taken and the first photo wasn't taken till at the EARLIEST 8/13 but I honestly don't think we got the photopass until that Saturday (the only day DH was with us before the cruise). So it shouldn't be past 30 days yet...

is there some way to get the photos (call or something) since it's not working online?
Has anyone else had this problem with photopass?
 
actually--search on the website. there's a place to send an email where they can "find" your pictures. I would do that right away and give them the i.d. number of the photopass the website says is invalid. I had a similar problem and they were able to find mine--good luck!
