On my recent trip I spent several days in Guest Relations because for the first time since MDE became a thing I was having problems. Problems with multiple parts of MDE. Never had problems until Genie arrived. 
On the second day one of the things that had vanished had been my PhotoPass photos. She was able to retrieve some, not all and said this is an ongoing problem with the new system. And ironically I got plenty of photos .... of strangers.
She gave me this card and said this is who you can contact so an FYI ...
