Photopass Frustrations!

I'm trying to go through my Thanksgiving trip pics and having issues as well. I made a bunch of edits, and then when I downloaded everything the pic are all messed up. For some I tried to zoom in on, they are zoomed in, but, for example, it zoomed to the top corner of the pic and not hte center where the people are.

This is the exact reason I started searching the boards. I've played with my photos for about a week now, got them all tricked out with the right borders and reframed them so that we show up correctly in them.... then took 2 days to actually get a download that worked (I had to redo the process 7 times)... so I finally opened the .jpegs and all the ones that were resized (5x7, 8x10) or re-positioned aren't centered how I had them! Has anyone got this corrected? Do I have to call to get it fixed?

ETA: All the pictures are still correct in my account, it's just the files downloaded that are messed up. I'm reluctant to download an 8th time until I get more info from somewhere
