Photopass experts

Anybody know if anybody has had any luck with the photopass people adding a ID number after the CD's have been printed. I missed a very important card number and the CD's were printed for the Photopass CD +.

I'm so pissed with myself. It includes pictures that are truly once in a life time from friends of my daughters that hung out with us for one day..... I know I can contact them and plan to but I was wondering if anybody had had luck previously.
