Having an AP for the first time, I was looking forward to taking full advantage of PhotoPass.
I then found out that editing--adding borders, etc.--is now available only on an iPhone, with the Disney app.
So I borrowed a friend's iPhone.
I installed the app. Opened. Chose a picture. Clicked on "edit." Chose a border ("Passholder" of course!).
Then I clicked the check mark. That brought me back to the "edit" page.
I clicked on the check mark again, which seems to be the only option for saving or downloading.
A box pops up that says "Exporting image . . ." Then the screen goes black, the app crashes, and I am back at the phone's menu page.
If I just save a picture without adding a border or sticker, it does save.
Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks.
