Photopass download help

Just back from a great trip and pre purchased pp+. Very happy with the photos but when I click download photos only the ride photos download. Am I missing something? Can anyone talk me through how to download "all" please.

I had to call the Photopass number and get tech support in order to download our photos. So you want to consider doing that if you're still stuck. Sorry I can't help more.

I just downloaded mine last night. They came in 14 ZIP files, each of which contained about 76 pictures (except the last one). Do you have more than one ZIP file available on your "My Downloads" page?

However...if you have PP+, I think you need to order the CD. I don't know that you can do a straight download like MM does.
