Photopass Certificate with MYW Package

I am pretty sure I got a coupon for a free Photopass picture in my confirmation packet, but I have searched through everything now that I'm back and I can't find it. Am I wrong in thinking that I had one?

As soon as you see a Disney photographer at any of the parks, ask for your picture to be taken and explain that you need a PhotoPass card although most of them ask you before you have a chance to explain anything! . They give you a plastic credit card type (thiner) with a 16 chars code and a barcode. You need to give the card each time your pictures are taken, they scan it after they've taken your pictures. As soon as you receive the card, write down the 16 chars code (it's needed at disneyphotopass.com to view your pictures) in case you lose the card. We did lose it and they gave us a new one but we lost the pictures from the first one Although you can ask them to look for your pictures, I haven't received an answer yet.
One of the photographers recommended that we should have at least a couple of cards so if we lose one, we still would have the pictures from the other one. But if you write down your codes somewhere you don't lose them, you should be fine.

Sorry I wasn't clear. We are back from our trip and did have Photopass pictures taken. I would like to order one or two, but I thought as part of our My Way package, we got one picture free. I can't find any paperwork in my confirmation packet but I think DH threw some stuff out.

Was there in fact a free photo code for those with My Way packages? I just wanted to check before I order my pictures.

Yes, there was a certificate in there for a free photo. Look through your stuff, and if you haven't taken the trash out - see if you can't find it in there! Those photopass pictures are pricey!

I had the same problem. The question that I have is how did you book your MYW package - via internet and via telephone. The only way that you can get the free Photopass Certificate is to book online. If you book by telephone with the Disney Travel Company, you are not eligible for the free Photopass Certificate. It is an extra bonus for booking online. I know that it is not fair, but that is the rule. I thought the same thing after I booked over the telephone and I called to ask about it. The CM told me that you only get the certificate if you book your package online.
