If I pre-purchase the CD, am I understanding correctly that I can then load them to my computer and have them printed where ever I please?
We didn't buy it last time and had only a few pics made and what I ordered still cost me $70. So I was thinking of buying the CD for $100 then I can have them printed at walmart for much less!
