Photopass CD special with 30 free prints

I just saw the 30FREEPRINTS offer that expires 9/1/13. Can I pay the pre-order price, and use this for a November trip, or is this just for people who are at WDW now at the end of August? It says it can't be combined with any other discounts.

I too thought this would be a great deal, and would pre-purchase my CD as well, but I think this must be just for people who are purchasing while down there now.

I tried to pre-purchase for my November trip, but it is saying that I must have a photopass ID - which of course I don't have. So basically, it is not letting me do this.

Can anyone else confirm?

I saw this offer too and then saw the fine print. It is not able to be used with a pre-order CD.
