Photopass CD order problem

Hope someone can answer my question. The photopass pictures were uploaded and then I later uploaded another photopass ID with a few photos along with all the resturant picture packages that we purchased. The photopass pictures had two different expiration dates, one on 08.31.10 and the other 09.12.10.

I ordered the CD on 08.31.10, and see that there are still photos in my account with the expiration date of 09.12.10. So, will the CD have all the photos or only the ones from 08.31.10? I certainly want them all on one CD and can't see buying another CD.

So what has other experiences been?

They all stay in your account until they expire, whether you ordered anything with them or not. So if I understood your question correctly, they should all be on the CD as long as you entered in that card # (from the later date) prior to ordering the CD.
 
the photos are gone because they were deleted/expired, not because you ordered the photocd. one has nothing to do with the other.

whether your photocd will contain the photos that have been deleted/expired is the question. they should if all went through in time.

Yes, all the card numbers were entered prior to ordering the CD, so sounds like they should all be on the CD. Thanks for the response!

Well, since I have a confirmation number for the cd and the photos were still in early the next morning, they should have gone through in time. Thanks for helping!

There was a photo taken of my DGD kissing the frog. When I first looked at the photos online, the kissing frog was missing (along with tinkerbell too). I emailed the disney missing photo link and they corrected both the kissing frog and tinkerbell.

However, the kissing frog photos are still not correct. Two of the thumbnails are portraits but when opened they are landscape, so therefore the photos are cropped and not fulling showing the photos, and when try to change to portrait mode, I get half a picture with another half a picture. The other thumbnail is landscape and only shows the top of my DGD head.

So, I've emailed again both the missing photo link and the tech support guy (Mike). The missing photo link returned a message to say they can not change a photo once the magic image is inserted. And, when the tech support (Mike) emailed back all it said was 'greetings' with no message.

Has anyone else have this problem and was the image on the cd in proper format?
