Photopass Borders Question??

Hi Everyone. I am working on adding borders to all my pics and will be ordering the CD this weekend. Some of my pictures are from the Halloween Party and do not have the option to add borders. Specifically pics of Jack Skellington. Does anyone know if borders are not available to add to pics with him in it or if there is possibly a problem with my Photopass account. All other pics are letting me add borders.

I do not know about Jack specifically, but I DO know that some photos that are taken by PhotoPass photographers will only allow specific frames and/or graphics. Example: I have pics from Halloween that I cannot add Channukah borders to and vice-versa. It would seem logical that Jack would be able to have a Halloween border, but maybe not. If you are able to add borders for your other pics, I would venture a guess that it is something coded in that specific photo.

It's the same thing for me, I can't add borders to my pictures with Jack or Sally from the Halloween Party. No problem with borders for other character photos, so I guess it is something specific to that photostop.

I wouldn't be surprised if there are not borders. Borders are available by photographer locations. Since Jack and Sally are special they may not have been given a location.

The OP asked about photos from the Halloween party.
Jack and Sally had their own photostop location there, near Club Skellington.

When they were out throughout the day I never saw a Photopass person around.

I missed Jack and Sally at MHP but I did get a picture with Jack Sparrow. That one came with a border already that says "I met Capt. Jack Sparrow at the Disneyland Resort" so I was not able to choose my own border when I purchased the Photo Pass picture. So I am assuming this is the same case with the Jack and Sally picture you took.
