yes that is Maxine...and this one was just taken a few minutes ago ! She's a corker
my only real concern is she thinks if she kicks it she turns it on..her timing seems to be working.......that's how I knew to grab the camera...yet again....

Luvchefmic, that Maxine is quite the character, isn't she? My whole family got a kick out of the kitchen window picture, especially my DH. One of the things we adore about animals is the quirky personalities they have!

glad you liked the pictures of Maxine....I had a better picture of her standing over the a/c but needed another (for the other thread) she was the perfect example of HOT & how to cure it..she does this all the time

This is so funny! Maxine fits her perfectly for a name. I love this horse. How old is she and how long have you had her? She is a keeper!

Maxine came with her name,,,she gets a little "cranky" when she thinks anyone is going to take her food so we kept the name (like the Hallmark Card woman Maxine) she turned 5 on May 9 th (Mothers Day !) she was a rescue from Canada.....L O N G story...I could do a trip report for her we love her VERY much! She's been with us since she was 2 When you come to WDW you can come meet her anytime you want....just bring carrots ! ;-)

He came with his name Dasher, and responds to it so we decided to keep it. They estimate his age at 1 -2 years old. He was transported from Alabama to NH. And he was listed as a stray. I feel that he has felt at home with us since we got him. I think he has fully bonded with us now and knows he is here to stay. We just adore him.

*I am coming to Florida in Feb, I want to meet Maxine! I love her.

No no no, no attitude at all! She is the sweetest most snuggly cat you'll ever meet. The only explanation for her expression is that we have to startle her to get her to look at the camera, so that could be it...or she was just sick of hearing me call her name in an attempt to get a shot. Either way, she's a lover not a fighter.
