I took some photos of Italian cats while in Rome. There is a place in Rome called Torre Argentina where they have a small clinic under the sidewalk in some old ruins. They give all the strays medical care and food and the cats live in the ruins but are able to come and go as they please. http://www.romancats.com/
If you are ever in Rome, its a must see for animal lovers
Can't wait to see more from Germany! I've been to southern Germany twice. Its beautiful!
Enjoy!
Thank you, thank you - that is Jessie the dog - - - she is the best dog ever!! We also adopted her from our Humane Society where she had been for almost a year. She is half Walker hound and half Blue Tick. Without a doubt she is the smartest and most loyal dog I have ever had. She is the fifth rescue dog we have had. There were four hounds at the shelter. Jessie's roommate lives about 1/2 mile down the road and the other two were adopted together. For a fund raiser - the Humane Society is having a celebration of the hound adoptions . I will post photos of the event!!
Enjoy your dog - - the hounds are the best and a rescue dog will be your loyal friend forever!
I haven't posted any pet photos on this thread in quite a while...this is one of our Shih Tzu's, Coco. He want on his first camping trip this weekend (he's a rescue dog that we adopted last fall).
