Eeyoresnr, I am so sorry to hear about Dixie. I know how you feel - it has been nearly a year since I lost my 16 yr old Skye, and I do miss her terribly still. But it does get easier. Thinking of you.

Not exactly "pets", but I feel very attached to them! These little willy wagtail babies have been in a nest on top of one of my windows, and I have watched them grow from egg to fully fledged! This was their first day out of the nest - I came home and looked to the nest and they were gone..!! I then checked around the vicinity and they were on the legs of my old wheelbarrow, huddled together, waiting for Mum to come home and feed them!!

Autumn, Charlie, Timmy & Griffey are so cute! My goldens used to try to retrieve the ornaments off the tree. I finally had to put a little fence around it.

Lol...that's too funny!!!! Griffey is a non retrieving Golden Retriever!! He won't retrieve anything, he would rather go swimming. He would swim all day if he could.

I'm very sad to say that we lost a wonderful girl yesterday (my husbands "BEST FRIEND" of 16 years.... Dixie our 16 year old Pit Bull, went to be with our "Cookie Dog" in Heaven...we are broken hearted beyond decription...


RIP Sweet Dixie Girl...

until we meet again, on that Rainbow Bridge.....
