Well I think you're a fine photographer good job! They're very cute....do they get along well ? and how do you pronounce the cats name...? Simone I get but Hermione ? Unusual Ruthie

Hermione is completely indifferent to Simone. Every once in a great while they'll engage in a game of run back and forth together but, for the most part, Hermione avoids Simone.

Hermione = Her-my-own-ee. (Like in Harry Potter. )

Thank you Ruthie, I think he is all settled in, he is at a good weight now, eats good food and has plenty of attention. We just love him! We adopted him almost 3 months ago now.

It's crazy hot out today, so it's no running in the pasture today, just a quick play session in the back yard!! (the kennels in the back were put up by the people we bought the house from, my dogs are all soak up the a/c live inside dogs!!)

Sorry for bombarding you all with pictures, but it's really hot out today, and I'm really bored and the animals are about all I have to take pics of now since my kids are at their dad's!


Went out to take them some apples since it's so hot.

His leg looks awesome!!! The wound is totally closed up and I'm pretty much just leaving it alone now!

I could never get sick of horse pictures! Especially the ones here. They are such characters! I had to put my big guy down in 2003. One of the hardest days of my life. I got him in 1982 as a show hunter

Thanks. It was years ago but seems like not that long ago. I will have to dig up some photos of him. It was before digital so I'll have to warm up that scanner!
