Since it's Oct 1st the local hospital shines this at night for Breast Cancer Awareness Month........

From a storm front moving through last night. Unfortunately, I was in too much of a hurry and managed to drop my D300 to the concrete after I shot this. Other than the ding, all functions seem intact. I guess it was due a battle scar after 22,000 shutter actuations.

Danny, gorgeous shot! My heart sank when you said you dropped your camera. That's one of my biggest fears. I always tell DH and eldest DD if I go down SAVE THE CAMERA don't worry about me. So glad everything seems to be in working order.
