Photo Sharing Cards

I have seen somewhere cards that the couple had placed on the tables for the guests asking for them to share there digital photos they had taken. I am looking to do this but cannot remember where I saw these.

I need help with how to word it, and any suggestions for websites to upload to.

Hi there! I had these made for our upcoming wedding and posted about them in my PJ

We created a share site on Shutterfly.com (free), then I made cards on moo.com ($25) advising people to upload their pictures to it.

The cards have a mickey head on one side and the other side says
"Thanks for coming to celebrate our
Happily Ever After!

Please take a few minutes to upload the pictures you've
taken while in the Happiest Place on Earth to our share site:
