Anyone done the photo sessions? I'm having a hard time finding any info and I have yet to find an example pic anywhere online. I keep reading different prices! :confused3

I would love to get some pics of my family at our two home resorts - BCV and VWL. Do you have to be staying at the resort? If not, would I just book two different photo sessions? Can the same photographer do both and put them on the same card?

Thanks!

We did a photo shoot at GF this summer and loved it. I can't figure out how to post photos but if you PM me I can give your our .MAC gallery site and you can see a selection of the best of them. The price has increased substantially ($75 I believe even if you pre-purchase the CD - we paid $25 in August) and there have been varying reports about the ability to put the session on a Photopass card in order to add enhancements and borders online. Technically I understand the photographers are supposed to hand you a CD at the end of your session with your photos on it and no opportunity to enhance. Some photogs are still providing the card as well as a CD. Our photos turned out really special, I would still do it for $75 frankly, but I believe there is a certain about of luck involved in getting a good photographer, with no way to request anyone specific.

It's a gamble I think. If you end up with a priceless shot or two then that is what it becomes - priceless and you won't regret spending $75 + CD. If you end up with not much more than average, you'll be disappointed. The link a PP provided has alot of examples if you work your way through the entire thread.

You don't have to be a guest a the resort to book there, but two resorts will be two separate sessions. In the summer there was a discount on the second session price - that may or not still be the case under the new pricing.
