Photo Plus+ Problems, any advice?

I ordered photo pass+ and it shipped 12 days ago, I have still not received it and we are leaving tomorrow prior to my mail arriving. I emailed the support at photopass website and received an email stating it may day 5 days to reply to my question. Can I take my order receipt and have it honored at DLR withOUT whatever was coming in the mail? Thank you,

We got ours in the mail in about 5 days. You should have a tracking number. Go to the photopass website and log in there you can see your order number and tracking number. Maybe you can see where it is

Thank you, thank you - you just eased my mind. I'd tried looking at the shipping confirmation email which did not have a tracking number but logging into my account did - yeah! Its out for delivery today... this is day 13 so for anyone reading this heed the warnings on their website and order earlyyyy.

Hopefully you will get it, but when you order it says to make sure you have 14 days before vacation, they mean it. Because when they mail to me it takes 14 days. They send it ups, but once it gets 15 minutes from my house, rather than have ups deli ever it, they then put it in the mail and mail it taken another three to four days. Stupid, for the life of me I cant figures it why you would pay ups,so that they can then ship it thru us postal. Why not just send it thru us postal to begin with. Cost would be less. I hopes oh gets it, if not am not sure if there is anything they can do, since they say it has to be 14 days. Unless you have a family member or neighbor who can call and give you the number when it comes in on the 14th day.i have ordered two this year and both took exactly 14 days. You will need the number inside the cd, but all I did was take a copy of it with my phone and that was good enough, so if a neighbor or family member can open your mail, take a photo or the coupon number and send it to you, you can go into them go to store at Disney and get the pass.

We leave tomorrow also, see you there, I ordered mine early and it has been in suitcase for three weeks.

If, for some reason, you don't actually receive the package before your trip there is a solution ~ I've used it 2 of the 4 times we have pre-purchased the photopass+ well before our trip and the order didn't arrive before we left

Just take your email confirmation of the order and/or the shipping to the photo center in DL or DCA and show it to a cast member and they will take care of everything for you. It takes a few extra minutes but is not a problem at all.

An extra tip ~ take a picture on your phone of the back of the photopass card they give you, and let everyone in your group do the same thing. This is great for two reasons:
1. If you happen to loose the lanyard or card it is easily replaced and your photos are safe
2. If you split up everyone in the group can still claim their ride photos

We're in BC Canada too and didn't get ours on time. We just brought the emails to the park with us and it was no problem. Don't fret, it was easy and we had no issues!

Yikes. I just ordered mine and it's three weeks to the day we are to leave. Sounds like it shouldn't be a problem though if it doesn't make it, but I would rather not have to worry about it.

I was just logging on here to ask how long PhotoPass Plus orders are taking. When they say "14 days" do they mean calendar days or business days?

Not to hijack the thread but we will be in about 8:00 the night before we hit the parks. We will probably play at DTD for a while. Can we exchange the photo voucher anywhere within DTD or parks only?

It says to exchange at the photo store at DL or DCA. I've heard some people have had success at character breakfasts. There is no location just in DTD to exchange them.

I ordered my photopass + for DL three weeks before our trip and it arrived in 2 business days (via FedEx). I was so surprised I checked the return address label. We are in FL and the photopass shipped from GA.
