If you pre-order it you get a discount, although if you're celebrating a birthday or anything while at Disney, many times they will give you a 20% off card as well. So if you forget to pre-order it, you can always get the 20% off afterward.

The 20% off after the fact is not guaranteed. I have done about 8 Photopass CDs and never had that. A few times there was a free shipping code on the website.
