Photo Pass-How to use it?

I'm sure this is somewhere in the site, but I simply could not find the answer. I purchased the three day photo pass on the app. I have an entitlement, or I guess it says ticket for the "3-day My Universal Photos Package," in my profile. There's a QR code looking thing when I tap it. I am a bit confused, do I have to physically got to a photo location and use this QR code looking thing, to get a physical card to then link my pictures to my account? How does this work? Sorry, this will be our first visit to Universal, in all the trips to Disney, we've never gone up the road until this year. I appreciate any help in advance, and before anyone suggests I check the website. . that's been done as well.
