Hi,
We purchased the photopass value pack for $149 in January 2012. I have been so busy since arriving home that I have only gone about looking and downloading my park photos this week from the photopass web site. Shock horror... I am missing all the photos taken by the CM's at Animal Kingdom and Holliwood Studios. They are just not there! I only have Magic Kingdom and Epcot photos.

What do I do? I am guessing since they were taken at the beginning of the year I have lost them (Animal Kingdom and Holliwood Studios) as I was so slow in finding out. Why would some be there on the web site and some not?

Does anyone have any advice?.

I would call them, but I think you only have 30 days so you are prob lucky any of them are there
 
I agre with the 30 days, but I thought it was 30 days from the day you put in your photopass numbers. Did you have all of your pictures on one card? If they were all on one card I would try calling and seeing what can be done. It never hurts to try.
 
I was told its 30 days to "claim" pictures and then 30 days to edit and everyone online
So tech you could go up to 60 days without buying the 7/14 day extension
 

It's definitely worth a try. I have let my pics expire a couple of times and both times, customer service was able to restore them. I used the contact us link on the photopass website.

I had already entered my photopass number on my account and started editing the pictures though before I forgot about them, though.

But it's at least worth asking. I had a heart attack the first time I opened my photopass account and the photos were GONE. It was the weekend and so no one could help me until Monday and I was so worried they wouldn't get them back--but they did.

The second time, I not only got the set of pictures I was looking for but I also got the set from the PREVIOUS photopass that was from a few months previous. Again, the pics HAD been loaded in my account at one point, so maybe that's how that happened, but I was just happy to get the "lost" ones back.
