Photo Pass Embellishments

I was wondering of there was a program that would allow me to manipulate the embellishments on my disney phote pass pictures. The signatures and such are to close the edges and I can't get them to print without cutting them off. Any ideas?

I would think you could use any paint program ie paint shop pro, photo shop, gimp (free). Can you save them & then open them in another program? I don't have the photo pass, but I'm not going to buy the photo pass, I'm just going to add the graphics myself.
