Photo Pass Download with AP

I am researching the best way to buy tickets for our trip in January. I am wondering if it would be smart for one of us to buy an AP. The one question I have is the Disney PhotoPass downloads you get with the AP. Is this the same as Memory Maker, I.E. I would not have to purchase MM for our trip and will still be able to downloads all of our Photo Pass pictures? If this is the case, The total ticket costs would only be $100 more if I got an AP for one of us, and I am sure I could get that money back, and maybe more in AP discounts.

If you have an AP with the photo download entitlement, you DON'T need to purchase Memory Maker.

The advantage of having a AP with the download entitlement is a much longer download window and expiration date. With an eligible AP, photos will remain on your PhotoPass account for 1 year from date taken and you can download them anytime during that year.

In case that didn't work, just searching Disney World Passholder Dining Discount came up with several Disney site options that gave the restaurants and discount %.

Most of the restaurants give 10% off discount for food, not 20%, and that's for most of the table service restaurants. The link above will list everything. You will get 20% off most merchandise at a Disney owned gift shop.

The 20% dining discount was added for the 45th anniversary of the MK and those extra discounts have ended. So, most AP dining discounts are 10% and primarily only at Table Service locations.
