Photo Pass discounts?

Last year when I bought my photo pass, there was a discount that came out before I purchased it. Not the 20% off for pre-order, another one. Do discounts still come out? I need to make my purchase within a couple of weeks, but instead of getting a discount the price has actually gone up to $129.95 instead of $124.95. Hmmm.

The only discount I know of is the 20% pre-paid.

The pre-order is the only discount I have seen lately. I know that a few years ago, right before my pictures were to expire, they offered me a 20% discount. But since they started the pre-order discount, I haven't seen that again. Hopefully someone else knows something that can help you!
