Photo Package. Is it worth it?

So, I'm considering buying the Universal Photo Package for our upcoming trip. It wasn't an option during out last trip. So, I guess my question is this. Is it worth it? I've purchased the Disney one in the past and was happy with it. It was never an option for Universal on our trips.

Any opinions are appreciated.

I'm wondering this too. Are there a lot of photo spots? Do you get digital downloads of all your photos?

Check the website for the locations of photographers. There are not as many in Universal Parks as at WDW, but the package also includes all the ride photos, which makes it a bargain, if you are prone to purchase those. I was told that there are selfie stations at Volcano Bay, too. We wanted to get the five day special package, offered earlier this summer. Now we cannot get a five day pass unless we purchase individual days extra. Lesson learned. If you see a great bargain,grab it before it disappears. Have great travels.

I'd also like to know other's opinions on the photo package. Do you get all of your ride photos included with the package? I'm thinking of purchasing the 3 day package for my next trip.

You can't buy a length of trip photo package like you can at Disney? From reading the locations it doesn't mention volcano bay. Is that not included then? What about character breakfast or dinner at the hotels? I heard they have photographers?

I read that report, all the way through, maybe i missed it, but he basically just said it wasn't great and never really got into full detail.

We will be there for five days. We had the choice of buying a three day pass, and adding two separate days or buying two 3 day packages and just forfeiting one day, which was cheaper.

We purchased the photo pass for our last 3-day trip. I am glad we purchased it once because we got ride photos and a few other photos, but I doubt we will purchase it again. The best part about it was the ride photos, but the app had some technical problems while we were there and we lost a few ride photos. Also, other than the ride photos, there were only a couple of places to get photos. I always get Memory Maker when we go to Disney, but I would need a special reason to purchase the photo pass at Universal again - such as if a family member came with us who we do not see often.

I went back and looked at my pictures. We ended up with 31 pictures in 3 days.
