photo package for large group

family reunion interested in purchasing photos on CD. can we use KTTW cards for one room for the various photos, so that we can get most of the images on one disc, rather than each room having to.purchase a separate CD and paying over $1200 for 4 different discs? I think I read somewhere that the facial recognition system doesn't allow it, or something.like that.

Each room must purchase it's own CD. If only one room purchases the CD, only those photos with at least one person from that room in them will be included in the CD. Using the same KTTW card at all photo ops doesn't work. Yes, they use facial recognition. For the most part it works very well.

Options:
Make sure at least one person from the room purchasing the CD is in every picture.
If one room purchases the full CD, the second room can purchase the CD for 50% off. So, between the two CD, maybe you can get everyone. I'm not sure if the 50% off would be on all subsequent CDs, or if it would be necessary to purchase a full price CD for each 50% off one. You'd have to find that out from Shutters.

I agree with Schmoo. The only way to only buy one CD with everyone's pictures in it is to ensure that someone from "Cabin A" is in every single picture taken. The 2, 3 or 4 people registered to that room will be the faces the system recognizes and every picture any combination of those people are in will be included on your CD. If they are not in the picture, it will not be included on the disk.

Also, they did a few "large group photos" on our WBPC and I am 90% sure that they did not include those pictures on the CD for anyone in the picture and that they had to buy those pictures in addition to their photo package, so you may want to look in to how many people can be in a "group photo" before buying a package. You may end up buying a bunch of individual pics anyways. I know we were in a number of large group photos and they were offered to us at the packaged print rate, but not included in our all pics CD and prints package.
