Photo ID for kids

Just bought park tix from UT. The mobile ticket says head straight to turnstile with photo id. Can some one confirm they check this for the kids?

I think you need the photo ID of the purchaser. I don't think any theme park asks for photo ID of a minor. Most minors don't even have a valid photo ID.
